Do I need a Chinese business license?
No. Booking through Douyin Xingtu or Xiaohongshu Pugongying requires a mainland Chinese business entity and takes a 5–10% commission. KOLreach works for any brand, anywhere.
Which platforms are supported?
RedNote (Xiaohongshu) and Douyin (China’s TikTok) today — more channels will be added over time.
What exactly am I paying for?
One credit unlocks one creator's contact details (WeChat, phone or email) after our outreach secures them. Submitting links and invitations is free, and you're never charged when no contact is secured.
How fast do creators respond?
It varies by tier and vertical: KOCs often reply within days, while top creators usually route through agencies and take longer. Your dashboard shows a live status for every invitation, so you always know where things stand.
Who pays the creators — you or us?
You do. We build the bridge and hand you the contact; negotiations and payments happen directly between you and the creator. That keeps your budget transparent, with no markup on creator fees.
How is creators' contact data protected?
Contact details are stored encrypted with a dedicated key, revealed only to the account that paid for the unlock, and every unlock is recorded in an audit log. We never sell or share creator data.
Can agencies manage multiple client brands?
Yes — each campaign carries its own brand and brief. Agency workspaces with shared contact libraries and multiple seats are available on request.
What happens if a creator never replies?
Nothing is charged. You only pay when a contact is secured. Past invitations stay in your dashboard as history, so you can follow up later or focus on other creators.
